Vocads operates as a specialised platform for creating and managing intelligent conversational voice agents. These agents facilitate smooth voice interactions across a wide range of use cases including customer service, information collection, and appointment scheduling.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vocads services, you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform or its voice services.
3. User Eligibility
To use Vocads services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or have parental or guardian consent.
- Reside in a location where Vocads services are available.
- Use a compatible device and internet connection.
4. Voice Agent Usage
When interacting with Vocads voice agents:
- Recording begins only after your explicit consent has been obtained.
- Vocal exchanges may be recorded, transcribed, and analysed to improve services.
- You agree to interact respectfully and to refrain from sharing illicit, abusive, or disruptive content.
5. Intellectual Property
Vocads retains all intellectual property rights regarding its agents, systems, software, and associated content. No licence to use, reproduce, or distribute Vocads intellectual property is granted except as explicitly stated in these terms or a separate agreement.
6. Data Protection
We collect and process the following types of data to operate our services:
- Identification information provided during registration.
- Voice recordings made during interactions with voice agents.
- Technical metadata such as device information and session data.
Voice recordings are retained for a maximum of 12 months unless you request earlier deletion. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time in accordance with the GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Liability Limitations
Vocads shall not be liable for technical interruptions, service unavailability, or data loss resulting from misuse of the platform, force majeure events, or actions outside of Vocads' reasonable control.

Vocads implements appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect user data, in compliance with GDPR Article 32. These include encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.
9. Modifications to These Terms

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable resolution before referring the matter to the courts. The Paris courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved disputes.
